March was a blur, but April feels like the first big deep breath of the year — full of fresh energy, new faces and some seriously cool things happening both in the boutique and across the Hub.

You know when life gets a little too much and you just want to sit in silence, sweat it out, and pretend your to-do list doesn’t exist for like... 30 minutes? SAME.
They’ve been renting their gorgeous cedar barrel sauna for a while now (you might’ve seen them pop up on your neighbour’s lawn and thought… I need that). But now? THEY’RE BUILDING THEM.
Like, full on custom sauna builds! Sstart to finish. Handcrafted here in Alberta.
Two are already in progress and another one is being delivered later this month!
If you’ve never tried a sauna before, here’s the deal:
